Aimed at mild to moderate need, it’s a self-led, self-contained course to help a person understand their emotional health more and be empowered to make changes. It can also support any learning done with Rewired.
It includes neuroscience, therapeutic strategies, calming techniques and a whole host of accessible exercises and learning.
